Kyrgyzstan
On our overland journey from Finland to India, our next destination after Kazakhstan was Kyrgyzstan.
We traveled in Kyrgyzstan for 17 days in September & October 2019. In Kyrgyzstan we visited Karakol and the nearby mountains, the Lake Issyk-Kul, Bishkek, Arslanbop and Osh. Our last destination in Kyrgyzstan, before crossing into China’s Xinjiang via the Irkeshtam Pass, was Sary-Tash.
Later on, when we have time from all the traveling, we will write tips and infos about overland travel in Kyrgyzstan on this page.
In the meanwhile, you can read all our stories from Kyrgyzstan below.
